YouTube channel NURK FPV has just recently posted a really cool video of some new drone footage. This video has already racked up over a million views since it was posted near the end of September of this year, and the numbers are still climbing.
As you can see, the video starts out with the drone gliding through a bridge and showing some of the local landscape, and then about 20 seconds in, the train appears. The drone flies VERY close overtop of the moving train to give us some pretty incredible shots. NURK decides to get a little risky, and at about the 1:40 mark, he lands his drone on top of the train cars.
Later in the video NURK even gets his drone to fly underneath the train itself and got a little too close for comfort as he chipped the underside of the train a bit.
The drone that NURK was using is custom-built, so you can’t just go out and pick this up off the shelf at your local Best Buy. But one item he used, which is easily attainable, is the GoPro Hero Session 5. If you check out his description below his video, he gives you a rundown on the equipment he used to get this amazing footage.
While this NURK FPV video is truly spectacular, we highly recommend you stay away from what he was doing, as it is not exactly legal. Let us know in the comments below what you think about this awesome video, and whether or not you’ve played with drones before as well!
